Vintage black and beige print rayon skirt in size 4 (equivalent to an XS today)

Vintage 100% rayon skirt, looks like 90s. The print is little beige diamonds on black background which looks like polka dots from afar. (See closeup photo of the print) Size on tag is 4 which is equivalent to an XS/0,2 today Waist laid flat is about it 11” and stretches to 17”. I have a 26” in waist and the elastic is comfortable to me. Total length is 28”. Good used vintage condition- no flaws that I can see. Fabric is breezy and perfect for summer. Tag says to dry clean but that is not necessary- it hand washes and air dries very well.
