Vintage black Tripp nyc tutu layer mini skirt w/ties 🖤

Bought this skirt back in 2021 for about $90, but I don’t really wear this skirt out anymore, nor does it fit me the way it used to. Would love for this old beauty to get rehomed to somebody who’d rock this!! 🖤🖤 Size Medium, but would best fit a size Small. Waist is 14’ laying flat across, with a 10 1/2’ length (with tutu layer included, skirt would be 13’) Condition is not the greatest, as this skirt has a bit of fabric lifting the inside part of the ‘band,’ as well as a bit of crinkling and lower hem lifting.
