Vintage black 1940s 1950s jacket or blazer

Beautiful little suit jacket or blazer. I’m guessing this is late 40s or early 50s due to the nipped-in waist and lack of the big shoulder pads of the early 40s. Felted-wool type fabric. Velvet ribbon across the chest and sparkly buttons make this little number extra fancy. No holes or stains or odors. Check measurements, I’d say this is an XS.
