Vintage bell sleeved sweater

Bottom of sleeve to shoulder seam: 18.5 Boatneck opening- 10.5 across Center of back neck to bottom- 22.5 Back bottom length: 18 Across chest:16 I would guess it’s an xs- ask for any more measurements! No tags but pretty soft- probably a wool blend Included photos of dark spots- not sure if that’s part of the sweater or a small stain
