This is a vintage Lefton China hand-painted trinket dish in the shape of a leaf. it has pink flowers in the middle of a pale green backdrop and also has a gold rim. this trinket dish measures 7 1/4" inches long by 4 1/2" inches wide. there is no chips, cracks or paintloss on this item
