Vintage beaded cobalt blue fringe dress

My guess is a silk base but it could be rayon there are no tags it’s beautifully beaded with gorgeous royal blue glass beads and then it has these beautiful fringe beads attached everywhere so this dress is a little bit heavy and it’s definitely going to swish and sway as you walk they cut out back fully lined in excellent condition you might note a couple beads missing at the very back of that cut out at the top but it doesn’t itA fact to look at the dress at all it’s a beautiful vintage piece. Classic elegance at its finest
