Vintage art jewelry / leather / silver / gems

This piece sure is very few of its kind. An investor of wallstreet had given me this years ago. Most definitely good silver/ metal as it does not turn green. Not sure the stone. Could be cubic zirconia, diamonds or saphire. This piece was definitely worth a couple thousand + but not sure if its because of the artistry name (which is unknown) or the actual value of the piece itself. The necklace is real suede leather. All locks etc are great condition. Great piece for collectors for sure.
