Vintage aqua gathered midi skirt with pock…

Has pockets, a sturdy waistband, and zips and hooks up the back. There are no tags and it appears it was homemade. The seams are raw and the gathers are showing at the waistband. There are a few stains on the front. Some pen marks near waistband and some others throughout. There is also a marking on the waistband. Please see last photos. MEASUREMENTS (while laid flat) Waist: 13.25”-13.5” (hook and eye is adjustable) Length: 26” Hem opening: 35” My measurements are 36”-29”-38” 5’5”
