Vintage and Rare 1950's two sided color "Mama Leone's menu" from their restaurant at 239 West 48th Street, New York, City. Folded 6 1/4 inch x 11 1/4 inch Folds out to a two sided 20 inch x 25 5/8 inch size One side features a complete menu and prices with pictures of the restaurant's interior. The other side details the restaurant's history from 1906 and its available services. Authentic and nostalgic piece of New York History: paper ephemera "Mamma" Louisa Leone died in 1944 but the restaurant at 239 West 48th Street remained family owned until 1959 when it was sold to a restaurant syndicate, retaining the name. However subsequent moves of Mamma Leone's to different New York locations eventually led to the Famed Restaurant's demise at its final location at 261 West 44th Street in 1994" (found on web) Menu is in excellent condition - no major rips or tears with good color.
