Vintage amber, howlite, silver? reversible pendant necklace w/fish & frog

Vintage piece. Pendant is reversible; one side is two fish dancing around a blue stone, the other is a frog with blue stone eyes. No silver markings and not sure of the metals used. Not sure of the stones but they were said to be amber and blue howlite or turquoise, I don't know for sure. Toggle closure. I had the piece professionally restrung in 2016 so the chain runs free and the beads face each other, and it now wears easier than it used to. Measurements in photos. Smoke free home.
