Vintage after dark, sheer chiffon, circle skirt, Maxi

This pretty skirt has a layer of Cher chiffon over the front of the waistband is fitted but the back has elastic and that skirt will stretch easily to 16 inches plus there is a back zipper. Fully lined. The sheer over is a full circle of my best guess is a polyester chiffon as the fabric tags are missing. Also, no size tags but see my measurement photo. This is a perfect eight.
