Vintage abstract loose shorts

Women’s vintage (I think hand made since there is no tags inside) but very high quality high waisted loose shorts! Small pleats all around with the zipper closure in front. Also has POCKETS!! Does not have a stretch waist band but can easily be styled with a belt. Measurements laying flat Waist: 14” Length: 19”
