Vintage Zum Zum black and white prom dress

Vintage Zum Zum by Niki Livas prom dress. Black satin with white trim and a white ribbon with black polka dots around waist. Spaghetti straps. Black tulle on bottom to create a slight flair. Back zipper closure. Hits below kner on my 5'5" frame. String to hold ribbon up on right has broken, but reattaching it should be easy. There is some slight discoloration of the white trim on the back bottom of the dress, but it is barely noticeable...i couldn't get it to show in a picture.
