marshaneeley NAZLY, THE POSH SUPPORT HAD TO APPROVE THE REFUND REQUEST, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, THEY KNEW ABOUT IT!!! I HAD TO SUBMIT THE CLAIM, YOU SAW THAT ON THE SALE ORDER PAGE, BUT ALL OF THAT GONE BECAUSE YOU WERE PAID, YOU SAW THE CLAIM ALL YOU SHOULD HAD DONE WAS SUBMIT THE REFUND THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE SHOES!!

marshaneeley @nzly I don't have Zell.. C.A. I do understand how it works. Maybe we are looking at two different things, because I have been giving options to refund customers myself. I did see that you asked if I wanted a refund, and you should have seen the request for the refund was approved by Posh support, it was on the sales page. I also asked you questions that went unanswered. I hate it ended this way, earlier, I tried to contact you, the message stated I could not comment on your page.
