Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Rhinestone Dangle Earrings

French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent became the head of the house of Dior at the age of 21. In 1962, Saint Laurent opened his own fashion house and quickly emerged as one of the most influential designers in Paris. These YSL, 4 tier, faceted, crystal rhinestone dangle earrings are an absolute vintage gym. The faceted crystals are set in faceted gold plated frames. The earrings are designed for pierced ears, with traditional stainless steel posts, and tunnel backs for closure. The top crystal measures 12 mm wide and the bottom 3 stones measure 10 mm wide. The total length of earrings is 5 cm. The YSL designer signature is stamped on the back of top framed rhinestone on both earrings. The fine craftsmanship of these superior earrings is of a standard no longer available in costume jewelry today. Earrings are in absolute, pristine condition, like brand new.
