Vintage Yellow and Black Polka Dot, Notched Collar Dress with Pockets Smal

The dress is in great vintage condition. Only worn a handful of times by myself and is a size SM. There are loops for a waist belt but was not attached when I purchased at a Montreal Vintage shop. Dress hits mid calf and it a soft, lightweight fabric. Smoke-free household.
