Vintage Yellow Rain Coat for summer Size 16 by Changing Scene

This is the cutest raincoat! Pretty soft yellow has slight poofs on the sleeves is perfect for a summer rain! It water resistant with a rubber outer layer and nylon inner layer/shell. To top it off, it's a vintage item :) The top button is visable and the rest are hidden. It also has pockets for your hands or needed item. Slight padding in shoulders but not over exaggerated. It is light and breathable. The maker is Changing Scenes. It was stored so will need to be hung for a bit to get some wrinkles out but wanted to post it so someone can enjoy it this summer!
