Comes as shown. Bedspread and two pillow shams. The lining of spread has rip areas as shown only in the inside lining. Otherwise, no other issues were noticed by me. However, I could have overlooked other minor flaws. See measurement pic for size from Ruffleto Ruffle. I do not know if for twin or full or if fits both. Tags completely faded. Brand unknown.
