This is an Original Vintage Yarn Art N.Y. L.A. Block Letters glitter accents Knit Women's sweater like Pullover EUC (1X but measures as shown which may be Smaller than new) this could be a collectible later on very Retro 80's-90's ..Black in color with New York and Los Angeles Lettering as shown.
