Vintage YSL white v neck t shirt made in Italy size medium, fits a size 4/6

Vintage white T-shirt V-neck from Yves Saint Laurent size medium, 100% cotton made in Italy with puffy sleeves. Photos show the inside sleeve and then the puff is fabric right on top of it that extends out. It fits like a glove with an hourglass shape labeled a medium but I’d say a four would be best or a 35” bust max
