Vintage Y2k Unlisted velour chunk 3” heel cross strap sling back black shoes 9

These shoes are in the range of at least 20 years old and are in remarkably good shape. Relive those early 2ks or experience them for the first time. Velour in deep black. Small flaws on the heels are depicted — nothing much but there. Very little wear overall, comfortable chunky heels and square toe box for a better fit. Cross straps with buckle closure.
