Vintage 🇺🇸 Y2K maxi/ midi skirt Size M

vintage velvet skirt Made in the USA Has stretch Size L but in my opinion it runs small S/M (see measurements) I’m usually a size S it fits me on the waist, but for me it’s too big on the hips. It has a back zipper and a front slit. There are no stains. Flash makes the material look like it’s stained with white, but it’s the light. Maxi if you are short like me. More midi if you are tall.
