Fun Y2K red dress from Ruby Rox. Crossover-V neckline, ties at the shoulder, with a built-in empire waist satin band that ties in the back. Dress has a red lining, with red mesh overlay. At the hem, the mesh overlay extends to an asymmetrical high-low hem detail. Slight defect on the back of the dress on the top seam, where some of the stitching has come undone. Easily fixed with a hand stitch. Size: Medium Waist lying flat: 14.5 in Shoulder to hem of the slip: 40.5 in High-low hem has a 9 inch difference from front to back
