Vintage Y2K Rocket Candy paisley V neck dress M

Lovely soft blue V neck tank style dress with empire waist seam and monochromatic blue floral and paisley print all over. Fully lined with a little stretch. Measures approximately 15 1/2" flat under arms, 13 1/2" waist, and 35 3/4" length. Great used condition with no found flaws.
