Vintage Y2K NWT Hurley white micro miniskirt size 11

Vintage Y2K NWT Hurley white size 11 micro miniskirt. Cute front and back pocket details with contrasting black rivets and buttons. Corduroy-like material. Small black smudge on left side-will most likely come out in wash, but didn’t want to attempt due to being NWT (see photos). I purchased this super cute micro mini around 20 years ago and I’ve had it safe in storage ever since! Rough measurements in photos. Please message me with any questions!
