Vintage early 200s y2k era. Graphic bag says "I ❤ NY" small to medium sized shoulder bab. Plastic on the outside. Contrasting white stitching. Snaps closed. Lots of pockets on the inside. The inside is such a pretty fabric, features baby bugs bunny cartoon. I cant really find a brand, or find any other bag like this. A very fun purse!
