Sweet and comfy lightweight sweatshirt from Forever21. The brand tag reads ‘XXI boutique’ and is an older piece, nearly vintage from the early 2000s. It has a retro 90s-style silhouette and cute ditsy floral print of tiny rose clusters. Has 3/4 length sleeves. Tag reads size Medium but this top fits more like a small. Juniors size medium, I believe. Fabric does have stretch. Excellent used condition. I actually do not think that this top was ever worn.
