Vintage Y2K Floral Button Front Maxi Dress with Tie Back and Shoulder Pads Gorgeous print on this dress estimated to be from 1990s. Features a button closure that goes most of the way down until it opens to a front slit hem. Buttons are iridescent and shell-like. It’s flowy and ties in the back to create a shapely appearance. Scooped neckline and unlined. Navy is main color. Shoulder pads are attached and may be snipped if desired. 100% rayon.
