Vintage Y2K black mesh beaded flapper skirt from Express. Meant to fit as a low/mid rise waist. Has a hidden zipper at the side. Has all around gems and beads. Please note there are a few loose threads/beads here and there, but overall good condition. Tagged size 14. Best fit size L. Mannequin measures B 40 / W 32 / H 43 (size L).
