Vintage Y2K Cindy ultraviolet and black lacy strapless goth mini dress sz 3X

This dress features brilliant ultra violet lace, black lace around the bodice, a ribbon tie, tulle underneath, a zipper in the back, and a slip. The dress is made out of 100% polyester while the linings are made out of 96% polyester and 4% spandex (linging A) and 100% polyester (Lining B). This dress is in good condition with its flaws being some wear to the lace in the top right hand side (see video) and some wear to the lace ribbon. The price is negotiable.
