Vintage Y2K Black Sequin Halter Wrap Dress Medium. Super cute classic late 90s early 2000s dress in excellent condition. New without tags condition. From what I can tell not a single sequin is missing. The fabric isn't faded or worn. Looks to have never even been worn. However I am human and it is a vintage item. Size 8 on tag Manequin is a size 4/6 for reference and I am a 10/12 it fits me as well just a bit tight. It is very stretchy and forgiving fabric. And the way it wraps around your waist is very figure flattering. Feels like soft stretchy cotton blend.
