Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson Black and Pink Pleated Lace Crochet Dress

Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson black and pink crochet lace dress with pleats. The dress has a battenburg lace overlay with adjustable straps. Has a zipper on the side. There are belt loops, but no belt included (can easily be cut off). In good condition except a few threads are loose, but it isn't that noticeable (see last photo). This dress can be great for prom or a cocktail party. Size 2. Measurements: Bust- around 29 inches Waist- around 24 inches Length- 28 inches long not including the straps
