This top by BCX is vintage Y2K and is in excellent condition with no stains, picks, etc. The fabric/ care tag is worn and difficult to see. Satin material has a retro swirl print in colors of green, blue, aqua, black and white. Ruched bust with Empire waistline with a black ribbon that wraps around and ties in the back. Pull on styling.
