Vintage Y2K B. Smart cowl neck shoulder tie slip dress in black and white graphic print. Low back. Asymetrical hem. Pullover style. Very Carrie Bradshaw! Some areas of the white are slightly yellowed and there is a small run in the fabric, see photos. Both are not very noticeable I just want to disclose any issues. Size medium.
