Vintage dress from the 1990s. This is such a unique and fun vintage piece! Overlay of dress is semi-sheer with pastel colored dots that look like sprinkles or confetti or tiny bubbles in pink, baby blue, pale yellow. Asymmetrical handkerchief fairy hemline…a very 90s-early 2000s detail. Quirky and classic at the same time. A versatile piece. A LBD with a some quirky, whimsical flair. Brand tag reads ‘Lily’. ‘Made in USA’. Size tag reads M but I’d say that this runs small due to vintage sizing and possibly be a juniors size M. Refer to measurements and message me with questions.
