Vintage Y2K / 90’s Black Velvet Dress

Vintage black velvet long sleeve funnel neck long midi / maxi dress. Estimating late 90’s/ Y2K era. In great vintage condition. Great for a low key alt / goth look, sort of giving a Wednesday Addams vibe. Also a great modest holiday / party dress. Fabric does have stretch. Cut is pretty straight through the waist and hips. Length (measured from shoulder): Bust (measured straight across armpit to armpit): 17 1/4” Waist (measured at narrowed part straight across): 17” Hips (measured straight across at widest part): 20” Sleeve length: 22 1/2”
