Vintage Xhilaration Size XL Cottage Core Y2K Lined Skirt Prairie Lace

In great vintage condition. You can tell by looking at the tag that it has not been worn a whole lotz it does have a very light discoloration stain at the top of it. The stain is very light and I did not even see it until I was measuring the skirt. Please see pictures and ask any questions prior to buying. Thanks for looking!
