cherkosek @fashionme14 hi! Sorry it took so long to respond - it was at my parents' house along with some of my other things. From top to bottom it is 19 inches. I think it fits like an xs. Honestly, it's very difficult to wear anything underneath it. I think it is more suited for situations like burning man where it would be okay to wear it bra-less and completely exposed. Hope that helps!
