Vintage Wrought Iron Paper Towel Holder

Vintage never used hanging/mounted black wrought iron paper towel holder. Box is beat up from being stored but it has the photo of how the finished product looks when put together so it will be included. Super unique style, looks like iron tongs like a blacksmith would use.
