Vintage Woven Silver Metal Long Clutch 50’s 60’s Special Occasion Evening

This is a vintage piece. My best guess would be 50s or 60s. Maker is Romo New York. Made of woven metal strips. The sides are some type of a plastic material. The interior is a silky cloth like material. There are a few worn spots which are shown in pictures and one side of pocketbook has a pin hole near the bottom as shown in pictures.
