Vintage Worth 100% Pure Silk Seamstress Measuring Tape Button Down Collar Blouse

This is an amazing vintage silk shirt from Worth. The blouse is a cream colored button down collared style with a pattern of measuring tapes and tailor notes. Hidden buttons down the front and little ivory buttons at the cuffs. Good vintage condition. I believe this is from the 60's. There are some spots of discoloration. I have not tried to treat them as I don't know very much about cleaning silk and I wouldn't want to make it worse. measurements length 25" bust 19" arm 24"
