Women's 80's Vintage plaid pencil skirt. High waisted with waistband. Zipper and button rear closure. Hidden kick pleat. In great condition except for a few small holes (see photos). Measurements, laid flat: Waist - 14" Length - 22" Hips - 17" Kick pleat - 5" *Please note* Vintage items may have minor flaws due to being pre-loved, wear and tear, or age.
