Vintage Wool Lined, Black Kid Leather Gloves

These buttery soft,100% wool lined, black kid leather gloves were made in France for the Joseph Horne Co. probably in the1950s, possibly late 40s. These would have been expensive gloves in their day, worn slightly gathered at the wrist with your mink or winter dress coat, that often had 3/4 sleeves. Not surprising, they have been moth nibbled at the top, but never seen, as long as you don't fold them down to take pictures, like I just did. But in otherwise very good used condition. And such a nice pair of warm leather gloves, I decided to see if someone else wouldn't mind. And, of course, they make them cost less. Hands are measured for gloves just below your knuckles and from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist just below your palm. Size - 7 Width - 3.5" Length - 14" Hem width - 5" I love bundles!
