Vintage Wool Flare Skirt Green White Small

This is a Vintage Wool Skirt. It does not have a makers tag, only a size tag. The size says 11, but the waist is only 26 inches and there is no stretch. Excellent Condition- Mid Calf I know it's summer time. I'm just purging! I'm trying to empty out a closet😊
