Rare vintage garment! The is a tailored two-piece ensemble dress and shrug. The stitching and fabric are durable and well-made. Both the dress and shrug are in excellent condition. The fabric is Navy blue color with a hint of purple. The collar and cuffs are velvet. The shrug/caplet has a lining. The dress doesn’t have a lining. Big buttons are on the back with two hook/eye closures at the waist and collar. Includes a slim belt. The dress has a 1940s style, but the exact era is difficult to estimate.
