Vintage Wooden Marquetry Music Box Tune: Isle Of Capri. Beautiful vintage wooden usic box with Marquetry (inlaid) wood Mandolin & Fluite design, plays tune “Isle of Capri”. This is a lovely object with a very high polished wooden body, beautifully elegant inlayed design on the lid with a touch of hand painted detail. The box is elevated by four cute brass legs. The interior is partially covered with red velvet. It has enough room for several jewerly pieces. The box has been well loved. It has a few small imperfections: there is a small scuff on the red velvet inside the box and a tiny dent by one of its little brass legs. The box was most probably made in Italy around 1970th. This object would look amazing on a nightstand.
