Absolutely gorgeous blue Anage Dressy silk Jacket, which could be worn as a blouse. There are tiny sequins scattered on the top, which gives it a beautiful glistening, but camera makes them look like little white spots. This is labeled as XS, but it is modeled on size 8 mannequin.
