Vintage Wine Polka Dot Shirt With Removable Ruffles

Vintage, late 70's early 80's button up 100% polyester shirt in a deep wine with white polka dots. Front of shirt has a detachable ruffle with ties (see pics). Tag reads size 16, fits like a modern size 10/12. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit: 21" Arm length: 23" Top of collar to bottom hem: 21"
