Chinese style vintage Wiggle Dress line. 2 layers of fabric. Bottom layer is solid black sateen. Top layer is sheer black with the gold glitter design on it. The bottom layer of the dress covers the chest just over the breast area. Obviously the sheer material covers all over. Perfect vintage condition. No tags.
