Vintage Wide Brim Black & White Hat ~ Perfect for the Derby! Made in TAIWAN ~ R.O.C. A wide pleated black satin ribbon surrounds the crown and is finished in a rich white satiny bow resting on the brim with a center Rosette that’s flanked with flowing White Silk Lily-of-the-Valley Sprigs. Inside was lined in a white grosgrain ribbon but the previous owner chose to cut it out … so that is not a separation of any kind ~ it’s the edges of the cut off white ribbon against the black. Inside circumference measures 21” - crown height is 4-1/2”; brim is 4”. In excellent preowned vintage condition. Smoke-free home.
